More Than A Conqueror!

I used this example once in a sermon regarding the term "more than a conqueror". I think it explains it quite well. A man will step into a boxing ring and fight for 12 rounds. He being beaten, damaged, exhausted, bruised and bloodied finally comes out victorious. The trauma is finalized by the fighter receiving the million dollar check to which he takes home and gives to his wife. She is more than a conqueror! Jesus fought the battle, experienced the shame, endured the cross, conquered death and gave us the victory and all the spoils with it! We are more than conquerors! Praise Jesus!
