Measure of Love

God who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us.

God showed His unconditional love to us,but sometimes there are circumstances that questions our faith in God and ask, "Does God really love me? Why? Because there are some situations in our life that make us doubt His love.

In our every family situation, we can measure our love to our family by giving them a willful life or abundant life so that they live happy. But in our spiritual life, the best measuring tool is FORGIVENESS. That is the measuring rod of love in the life of a true christian. That's how God showed His love to us by giving us FORGIVENESS to everyone who calls on the name of our LORD JESUS CHRIST and ask forgiveness, He forgave.

The Bible could have taught us that God so loved the world that He made pretty flowers, trees, mountains, animals.But it teaches us that in John 3:16

That certainly shows God's love more than flowers, trees, mountains, animals.

Measure your love. Ask your self, Do I love ? If you don't, you are not of God's own. Because everyone who is claiming He love God, they love others. The hardest thing that we can do is loving our enemy. Doing it on our own is a struggle but if we use the love that comes from God,we can do it. Loving our enemy is forgiveness.

How can you know you are characterized by love? Ask your self.
*** Am I bitter toward someone because of something He did to me?
*** Do I often get angry with people?
*** Do I speak maliciously behind people's back?
Those are characteristics that reminds us of our old nature. Characteristics you must get rid of in order to **LOVE and FORGIVE others..
