A Snake Ampalaya?
Hello Steemians,
I just want to show this to you but I am not sure about its real name but most people here in the Philippines call this snake ampalaya. This vegetable was planted by my sister in law here in our backyard its about three feet long or more when it grows. I just amaze how this plant grow since it is really look like a snake :).
You may don't believe this because normally Ampalaya taste bitter :) but this vegetable taste like a white squash its delicious when my wife cooked it two weeks ago. We cooked it with some pork and spices and actually yummy :).
Currently we just love to share this with our neighbor and take some selfies for it. Thank You So much for the likes and comments. Thanks God for the blessings that He had given us like this vegetable and To God be the Glory...
