Money is very useful in life, regardless of what currency or tender it is. However, it is not to be what we put our trust in. It is not to be what we put our hope in.
This is so important, riches really are deceitful. They trick us into thinking we are secure, when the rug can be pulled out from right beneath us. It's NOTHING like the rock of our Salvation which cannot be shaken.
They sure can trick people and you are so right if we build our house of the Rock of our Salvation then the storms of life will have no power in the end!
