Rejoicing in Christ
Philippians 3:3 For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.
We have been elected to worship the Almighty God in spirit. This is a great privilege, for the Almighty God is the greatest of all. To be circumcised means to be specially set apart for a Divine mandate. It's a life of rejoicing in Christ, irrespective of difficulties.
One of the things that deprive us of rejoicing in our new found love in Christ is 'confidence in the flesh'. Brethren, the flesh always disappoints, thus it's not reliable to do things by the dictates of human feelings or lustful desires. Our confidence should be absolutely on the finished work of Christ and the infallible truth that God cannot fail.
Take a stand today and be confident in Christ. He has never failed before and will never do now. He'll do a new thing in your life according to His promise.

Dear Lord, thank you for giving us joy and fulfillment in all things. We choose to rejoice in you, having confidence in you alone. Please strengthen us to trust you till our change comes, in Jesus name. Amen.
