Hello dear steemians. On this occasion I want to give you to share my way of thinking and acting on the first steps that I think we should take when we are new to Christ Jesus. To trust in Jesus Christ and to receive him as his personal savior is the first step in his Christian life, is that we Christians as believers already with this step have the well-founded roots that will help us grow in his love. If you have already taken the step of being a new follower of Christ be careful, because being new in Christ now the temptations will increase, we have present that we are part of the army of God, and that as a soldier in Christ we will be in the middle of the battle, and If we are in the middle of the battle, how do we cover the bullets that the enemy sends us? Very easy brother, we have to put on the "armor of God". At the time of Christ's ministry, the soldiers wore armor to protect themselves in battles, just as we need to put on our spiritual armor.

Confessing Christ.

Confess means admitting our sin or agreeing on something. We are saved from our sins when we admit that we have sinned, and that at the same time we accept Jesus Christ in our hearts, and that he died for us to save our sins. The Bible teaches us that we must believe with our hearts and confess with our mouths that Jesus Christ is the Lord (Romans 10: 9-13).

The baptism.

This I would say is one of the steps to be taken into account very important for the new believer, since baptism is a figure of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, which symbolizes the new life we have found in Christ. Jesus set an example when he was baptized (Matthew 3: 13-17).

It is important that new believers share with others what they have experienced. Your friends and family may not understand the truth you have experienced.

Final reflection.

There are many steps to follow for a new believer in Christ, in this publication I just wanted to touch a few initial steps among many that may exist for someone who is initiating in this wonderful world of Jesus Christ, in subsequent publications I will continue explaining other lessons more than guide the initiates and they can obtain the guidance of my Lord God.
