It is not about the Easter Bunny. A rabbit cannot provide us salvation. It is about the cross and the sacrifice that was made on our behalf. It is about how one spotless man died that we may live with Him forever in joy and eternal happiness. Christ paid the way for our freedom. He bought the ticket. We only need to accept it. No Easter rabbit can do that.
