Treat a person as he appears to be; you will make him worse, but treat a man as he can be, you will make him what he should be. One of the things that boost human psyche is word. As simple as words are, it can cause a great damage if wrongly used, and at the same time, it can occupy the biggest part of a man's heart if positively used at the expense of others who surround us.

When you treat a dullard as the most brilliant, you shall surely see him or her perform excellently well sooner than you can think of. As simple as words are, they can cause a great damage and worse still, set a limit psychologically if negatively used at the same time, it can occupy the biggest part of a man;s heart if positively used. Spoken words, actions and deeds are important factors in man's day-to-day living and must therefore be wisely spoken to encourage one another.

A high school principal called in two teachers and said, 'you are the best two in the system, and therefore we are putting twenty best students in your class to see what you can do with them'. Those students became exemplary in their studies in a short time. The teachers did all they could to bring out the best in the students because of the positive impact of the principal's comment on their psyche. Creative words spoken to Gideon by the angel of the Lord in Judges 6:12 boosted his psyche and made him see himself better.

Today is another new day. Be an encourager , say something good about someone. Enliven people's spirit; make them feel important, speak hope into their lives, build faith in them, make them get more out of themselves, let them have good opinion about themselves. Let them have good opinion about themselves.
Once you make them learn how good they really are and can be, they will never settle for less. Go out today and encourage somebody. Be a change agent. God bless you!
