POWER OF CHOICE ii (reasons for a successful and excellent life)

To EXCEL, by Merriam-webster Dictionary, is put as "to be better than others or to do better than others". Excellence or to become an excellent person in life is the matter of choice. If anyone would become excellent or a successful person in everything he does, then the choice to pursue it must be put to the fore. People who have excel in life were those who started with the decision and definite choice to be excellent or successful in life.
The foregoing then makes it clear the reason why some students and workers do not excel in their academics and profession. The reasons are thus:
First and foremost, most are yet to realize that they need to seek God who enables one to excel in life. "If you wonder off the road to the right or to the left, you will hear His voice behind you saying, 'here is the road', follow it" (Isa. 30 vs 21 GNB). It is crystal clear that if you allow God to pilot your life, you will surely reach an excellent point possibly the peak.
"To these four young men God gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning. And Daniel could understand visions and dreams of all kinds. At the end of the time set by the king to bring them in, the chief official presented them to Nebuchadnezzar. The king talked with them, and he found none equal to Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah; so they entered the king's service. In every matter of wisdom and understanding about which the king questioned them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and enchanters in his whole kingdom" Dan. 1 vs 17-20 (NIV). If you go before God and ask Him for the right path, you will be ten times better in all your endeavours as well as all ramifications of human life.
Another cogent reason is that some are yet to be proppelled by the inner drive to make the choice to excel in life. Some people are yet to see themselves in the most promising way because they do not have the inner drive towards becoming a successful person in life.
