DEVOTIONAL: Practicing the new life!! Roman 6:4

We were buried therefore with him by the baptism into death just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the father, so we too might habitually live and behave in newness of life
-Roman 6:4

Hallo steemains, as a born again Christians, we have been given a new life to live, "therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature, old things are passed away;behold all things are become new" 2 corinthians 5:17. Through Jesus, we have been saved from the bondage and destruction of hell. Now that we have been given the new life, we must learn how to live out the new life, not conformed again to this world.

"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may proved what is that good,and accepted , and perfect will of God" -Roman 12:

STEPS TO LIVING OUT THE NEW LIFE:

• Release yourself to serve God passionately: Live in righteousness, fellowship in God's presence, render service in God's house, preach the gospel to others and give to God.

"Let us hear the conclusion of the whole
matter : Fear God and keep his commandment: for this is whole duty of man"
-ecclessiastes 12:13

• Replace past mistakes and memories with new decision and actions. Untill you are willing to release the past, you cNnot access the future . Stoo living in regret. Shake it off and move on. The situation around yoy is not as powerful as the decision you make within you. Prayer and fasting without actiin will end in fruatration.

"Behold i will do a new thing , now it shall spring forth, shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness ,and rivers in the desert"
-isaiah 43:19

• Promote and pursue spiritual things : physical things command temporal success, spiritual things command eternal success.

"Training your body help you in some ways, but serving God help you in every way by bringing you blessings in this life and in the future life too." -Timothy 4:8

• Raise altar of sacrificial giving in order to secure your future. Seeds are powerful. Sowing and giving guarantee future harvest.

"Whoever gives to others will get richer; those who help other will themselves be helped."
-provers 11:25

Beloved make a deliberate effort to live out the new life that has been given to you through salvation.

Key point to focus on:
-Accept jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour today.

-Renew your commitment to God.

• join in spreading the gospel.

-Release your past and study the bible daily.
