DEVOTINAL: What to do to be saved -psalm 32:3, 5

When i kept silence my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long. I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have i not hid. I said, i will confess my transgressions u to the lord; and thou forrgavest the iniquity of my sin.
-psalm 32:3,5

There are simple steps to take in order to receive the salvation that jesus offers you, when you do your part, be rest assured that God is faithful to do his part.

Your choice is very importancr to God. You were created by God with the freewill to choose God, to choose repentance, to choose life, "Therefore choose life, that both you thy seed may live".(Deuteronomy 30:19).
Therefore, choose repentance and surrender willingly to Jesus.

• Repent from your heart. Accept the fact that you are sinner before God and be sorry for your sins. In act 2, after peter preached salvation to the people, they asked "men and brethen , what shall we do? This was peter's response: Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift og the holy ghost"(Acts 2 :38).

• Confess to God in truth. Confess your sins to God sincerely and in truth. Do not cover your sins, confess them to God. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"(1 john 1:9)

• Receive and believe. Receive God's merxy and forgiveness. "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believed on his name...."( john 1:12).

Confess Jesu's as your Lord. Now that you have received and believed in Jesus, be bold abd excitwd to co fess Him as the Lord of your life." That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord jesus , and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead thou shalt be saved"(Romans 10:9).

If sincerely what you'v just read had touches your heart please pray this salvation prayer: Lord Jesus thank you for sending your son Jesus Christ to come in flesh and die for my sins. I am sorry for every sin i have committed against you. I receive by faith the forgiveness of my sins and the free gift of salvation of my life. I am born again, i am saved. I am a child of God. Thank you Lord for saving me.

Congrats you are a born again christian now.

Advice:
Now that you are born again, become committed to serving God. Attend all chruch services, study your bible regularly, pray oftwn, start serving God and grow in the things of the spirit.
