China is playing a simple mind game that is all it is. They have mastered "The Art of War" and they know what they are doing. I don't think they truly want this war but they are prepared to face it. Only the Messiah Lord RayEl can pull it under control but that is only IF they bend their knee to him... if they don't, then they will destroy the world.
