Why never store chocolate in a refrigerator

in #chocolate6 years ago

Culinary expert and chocolate critic Luke Ovan believes that chocolate products should never be frozen.
According to Ovan, who owns a chocolate store, he says that this sweet, everyday product in the refrigerator "gets rough and loses its taste." He argues that chocolate should be kept in a "cool, dry and dark place".

Both low temperatures affect the taste and the high "affect the appearance" of the product. In this case, the advice is: put the chocolate in a metal box and then in the refrigerator. Before consumption it is necessary to leave a few minutes at room temperature.

This is also the opinion of food quality experts. Belinda Stewart Munley explained that when chocolate is removed from the refrigerator, the condensation instantly makes the sugar look like a "white wrapper" and the taste of chocolate - as if we eat "yesterday's remnants."

No doubt, chocolate is the most delicious when it is consumed at room temperature, and as ideal degrees it is considered 15-20.
