This dish consists of 8 kinds of seafood, 仙 [xiān] and 鲜[xiān] is a homonym, the Chinese phonetic alphabet are the same, so the restaurant owner named the dish to the "Eight Immortals", a little bit of liquor drunk dizzy
这道菜由8种海鲜组成的，鲜和仙是同音词，中国语拼音都一样，所以餐厅的老板给这道菜取名“八仙过海”，少许白酒有点醉晕晕
