所需食材:
螃蟹4只、生姜1块、蒜瓣8个、小红椒8个、香葱3根、辣椒酱1勺、淀粉适量、食用油适量
做法:
1.首先将所有螃蟹洗刷干净,接着将螃蟹分成几块,去除尾部(辩别公母的部分),去除蟹腮和黑色部分,待用
2.蒜瓣去外皮切小待用
3.生姜洗净后切丝待用
4.小红椒洗净后切小待用
5.香葱洗净后切小段待用
6.接着将处理好的螃蟹切口处沾上淀粉
7.锅中热油
8.放入沾好淀粉的螃蟹油炸
9.炸至蟹黄微黄即可控油捞起
10.接着将油倒出,留一点底油。放入大蒜爆香
11.加入姜丝
12.加入小红椒炒香
13.接着加入榨好的螃蟹
14.加入辣椒酱
15.加入适量盐翻炒
16.最后加入香蒜翻炒均匀即可
17.完成,装盘食用
