主料
香菇几朵鸡脯肉1块
大葱一根姜一块
甜面酱三勺豆瓣酱三勺
黑胡椒、五香粉适量
1.所需食材:鸡胸肉一块(猪肉也行)、香菇几朵、甜面酱三勺豆瓣酱
三勺、大葱一根、姜一块、五香粉黑胡椒少许
2.鸡肉切末,葱切葱花,香菇切碎,姜切末
3.锅里油烧热先下香菇姜末煸炒出香味
4.再下葱花炒香
5.加入鸡肉末五香粉黑胡椒炒到变色
6.加入酱翻炒两分钟
7.加半杯水烧开炖烧五分钟收掉水分到酱再次浓稠
8.百搭的香菇鸡肉酱做好了
