{ Salt and pepper Lotus}
Salt and pepper Lotus is a regular home dish. No matter the family in the South or the north will make this delicious and simple dish.
Tools / materials
Lotus 250g
Shallot 1
Zanthoxylum 20g
Oil 300ml
Pig meat 150g
White pepper 1 teaspoon
White sugar, 1 teaspoons of salt

Flour 60g

Ice water 40ml
{Steps / methods}
