Around 1996, Xu Danjuan went to Indonesia to do foreign trade, develop magnesium ore, supply raw materials to power plants in China, and met her husband around 1998. The Jianggan Branch Bureau of Hangzhou Public Security Bureau has not abandoned the arrest of Xu Danjuan. On the one hand, it tried to persuade Xu Danjuan to surrender by explaining the key points and policies through his family members. On the other hand, with the support of the provincial public security bureau's economic investigation team and the municipal bureau's economic investigation detachment, Xu Danjuan was stationed in Cambodia through the police liaison officer of the Ministry of Public Security. Coordination, with the assistance of the local police, went to Sihanouk Port to arrest Xu Danjuan. Finally, with unremitting efforts from all sides, with the cooperation of the local police, the task force successfully captured Xu Danjuan in Xigang on May 3, 2019.
