CHIMP CHANGE!!!! 🐵💲💵 An informative review on a free Banking service.

Hello and good morning here from Los Angeles!

Today I wanted to share with you a little known account that not many are familiar with called Chimp Change™

Chimp Change is a free banking service that comes with no annual fees, and does not require any kind of credit check in order to open an account with them. You can open your free account through their app in your preferred App Store, and the will mail you a cool Chimp Change Debit Card in a few days. (I would post a picture of what my card looks like, but I think that would be silly. 😂)

I am enthusiastic about Chimp Change because many people I know have bad credit for one reason or another. They may have missed a payment somewhere along the line, and/or owe money, possibly to the point that it's keeping them from opening up a commercial bank account!!

Yes I know tons of people like this!

They often have accounts with Credit Unions, or own prepaid debit cards with agencies such as Netspend 💳, which is no shame to that company, but some of them can be limiting, or frustrating, as you may have trouble accessing your money at a Credit Union unless, like the one by my house, they have some kind of arrangement with 7 Eleven, or some other retail store in order to allow their customers the chance to withdraw their money without being hit with any obnoxious overpriced fees, then they can be inconvenient.

Or they may be like the latter, Netspend, which charges annual fees, and just about fees for everything you do. No interest rates, and they just take, take, take. 💁🏽‍♂️💸

Well to be fair, Chimp Change does not distribute interest at this point in time either, however they lack annual fees, and have a feature where you can upload your checks by just taking a picture.

A forewarning in using this tool would be to always keep track of the checks you are depositing, and dispose of them after the money has been officially deposited into your account. Chimp Change offers two options for depositing checks via picture 📷 and that's by paying a fee to receive your money the next day, or just wait 8-10 days for your checks to be approved for no fee.

This is a great contrast to a company like Netspend which hits you with a fee to take out AND deposit money. And their fees may not be much, 99c to $1.99, but I just couldn't stand seeing my girlfriend wash away her hard earned cash every time she just need to cash a check or something simple of that nature.

Another great feature, which I personally particularly like is the Round-Up feature⬆️!!

I think that this feature in particular is really cool and helpful because it can help you save a lot of money that you wouldn't otherwise be tidying up on.

Isn't loose change annoying? Don't you hate it when you have dirty little quarters and pennies, and nickels, and dimes lying around askew everywhere? If you have slight OCD like myself, this feeling is utter chaos! Well, Chimp Change has a feature, that makes it so whenever you use your debit card, if the purchase ends with the amount of .50c or more, they automatically charged your card to the next whole dollar amount, and store the other wise unused Change into a separate savings ledger affectionately named your Round Up account.

Sure, I know what you're thinking, peanuts you say. 🥜 But basically if you go to the store, and make a purchase for $19.67, the Round-Up feature will charge your account a straight forward $20.00, and send the other $0.33 into your Round Up account to store it away and save for a rainy day. 🙈☔️

This feature can be really useful when you think about it. Sure it may not be like some fancy credit cards, that give you 0.05% cash back every time you make a purchase. But those features can be encouraging for the user to spend more, rather than save. It's a mentality. If you are going to be rewarded for buying groceries or gas or whatever, then you will be encouraged to spend spend spend. But in retrospect, if you are charged a little more every time you make a purchase, you won't feel so emphatic about reckless spending, regardless if the additional Chimp Change is going towards a savings account. 🐒💰

Chimp Change is a Hollywood based service that is new, cute, and innovative! Also they have a sweet moving graphic background when you log on to your bank account on the app. Check other the relaxing beach scenery, with the gentle blue serene waves drifting back and forth. It's quite relaxing. 😎🌱

So what are you waiting for!!? A wise man once said it is not how much you make, but how much you save!!! And he also inclined that one of the most intelligent things someone can do is separate their money into multiple accounts so that we are not tempted to make frivolous purchases! YES WE ALL DO IT, IT IS OKAY TO ADMIT!!!

So don't go monkeying around with your money, 😂

Forget about your past transgressions and move forward in bliss that you are no longer intimidated by the big check burning a hole in your wallet, and keep all of your bananas in one place 🍌...or a few Swiss places.😉😈🐚
