Chilli Pepper

Today I'm drying chilli pepper under the sun which is bought fresh pick from farmers, usually we do this when the price of chilli pepper is low. After drying it is store for months and sell it to factories which make powdered chilli pepper. Usually the profit is good in this work.

Last year, fresh chilli price went up to 1000 pesos per kilogram because of low supply and became a trending topic in Philippine news and social network with complains and memes for months.
Because of high price last year, many farmers pursuaded in planting chilli pepper this season and that the cause of today's too much supply and bring back the price to 15 pesos per kilogram for the newly harvested chilli pepper.
So today, it's good to buy now to make it dried and stored which can have a very good return..
