Chili Con Carne

This chili was made with:

1kg chopped meat (Beef, Lamb, calf)

3 Onions
Garlic
6 cans of chopped tomatoes
2 cans of baked beans
(You may add corn, If you like)

Chili Powder
Black pepper
White pepper
A prize of grounded coriander
A prize of tumeric
Caramelized Brown sugar (1,5 spoons)
Himalaya salt
1/5 cinnamon Stick

200ml Red wine (primitivo)
You could add chocolate!
