Chilean Banks Ordered to Re-Open Cryptocurrency Exchange Accounts

It’s only recently that major banks in Chile shut down the bank accounts of the top cryptocurrency exchanges in the country without apparent explanation. Nonetheless, the cryptocurrency exchanges filed legal act against the banks for closing their accounts, and dubbed the banks’ actions as “unjust.”

Buda, which is among the most affected cryptocurrency exchanges, has fruitfully convinced the anti-monopoly court to give an order to the two key banks to reactivate their accounts. The cryptocurrency exchange filed a lawsuit against ten Chilean banks.
