Yeah, I have seen too many with EVERY family... one or two perverts. Especially 70+ men with dead wives or frustrated sex lives prowling on 13-year old girls. Sicks bodies, sick minds.
For guys, it happens more in hostels with bully seniors.
Thats so sick. These type of people should be punished severely. The major problem I have seen is with the parents themselves. Most of the times in fear of shame they avoid confronting such situations
Well, most often it's the uncles and grandpas/distant grandpas who do it. Parents are scared too when they learn and sometimes advise just not to go near them.
