While the mommys away...

the kids will play!!! Or in this case, while the mommys outside the girls will take pictures!!

I was trying to comfort the itchy small one, and was going to go outside to walk around and hubby wanted to join me. The girls on the other hand wanted to stay inside and watch tv, which was fine with me. So outside we go, and inside they stay, but apparently got bored with tv and decided to do this...

Yep, take pictures, lots of them. I had taken some pictures earlier and just left my digital camera on the counter. I guess they got bored with tv and my budding photographer and my little model girl decided to take advantage of using moms camera. Normally they would use little digital camera she got for her birthday but the batteries were dead, and hey, using moms off limit fancier digital camera is much more fun!

I didnt even know they had done this until I went to download the pics I had taken earlier, and found lots of these gems. When I came in from outside the photo shoot was all ready over and they were just playing around, with the camera right back where it had been.

There were lots of them, most of them pretty good actually, some were a little blurry, but overall good.

I had a very hard time getting after them for using my camera when it was so apparent that they had such a good time doing it! But the admonishment was made and I even managed to keep a straight face!

Also, thanks for the well wishes for Faith. She is doing better, the pox are beginning to scab up and she hasnt gotten any new ones since yesterday. Her fever is also staying mostly down. Her biggest problem is that she is snotty so she cant breathe through her nose, so she is having a hard time nursing. That and the itching is still bothering her so she is still not real happy with life.

All of this has earned her a couple new nicknames and alot of attention though. The other kiddos are calling her spotty girl, and have been at her beck and call nonstop, which is so sweet. Meanwhile daddy is calling her flytrap, since she cant breathe through her nose, she just hangs around with her mouth open all the time. I have to give the "spot report" frequently to daddy when he calls to check on her from work.
