Why is natality in Serbia down?

I would like to share with all of you a shameless Law that is brought in Serbia. Our Government wants to make parents wish more than two children helping them financially. That is really good, you would think, but there is a catch, that Law exclude children who are born before first July 2018. It only includes children who will be born after 1.th July. I am mother of three children - seven years, four years and eight months old. That Law doesn't include my children. My children are not important for natality raise in Serbia because they are born before 1. July 2018. That Law is shameless because it divides children on born before and after 1. July 2018. Our children are discriminated, and it is against the Constitution that guarantees the same rights for every child born in Serbia.

Also, I would like to mention that child allowance in Serbia is 20 Euros per child that isn't enough just for diapers monthly and not every child has child allowance. Not to mention that minimal payment in Serbia is 200 Euros and that most of people has that payment. That is why natality in Serbia is in the fall. People are leaving Serbia and searching for better life in other countries which doesn't discriminate their citizens.
