child protection services CPS fails

In all the society in the world today child upbringing is very important to both the parent and the government...because they are the future.
sad to say this organisation CPS has fail in all aspect the should be ashamed of them self, and i want them to be removed because all women like me and also mother will agree with me that they are not doing their job properly and it will be better if the government took into this...they have been different cases of abuse they have cause to child whose parent have some health or financial problem
*Victoria was a mother of two living in WASHINGTON. who suffer depression and was pregnant. and a year ago have been diagnosed as bi-polar, so she called the CPS services for help for one of her kids, it took them 4 weeks to reply her and respond to her call.
this is one out of the thousand of experience out there of which you are still aware of, so stopping the as mention should be the next agenda of the government...
*they are too slow to respond to matter
*they make life of kids be at risk
these are there job and they are not doing it i will love for all mother and people who have hard experience with them comment their stories here so we can file a case with them so they can go for good, and there should create a new force who will be active on these...
