the golden hen
the golden hen it's afore said that a farmer
and his adult female had a fine looking golden chicken on their farm, and this
chicken would lay a golden egg a day that they sold and used for his or her
needs, till at some point this farmer thought it might be slaughtered. and also
the hen extracted golden eggs from her stomach, that he sold and obtained from
the farmer, and he or she tells his wife what he means, and she tries to advise
him to not do that, however he doesn't accept.
The farmer ready the knife and cut the hen'
belly to induce the golden eggs he had envisioned. He found nothing however
blood and entrails.
it had
been their daily livelihood.
