How do you know the girl's original removal was wrongful?
[Edit] I read an article about it. It seems that her real mother had had drug history 13 years prior to her birth but that there was no abuse at the time she was removed from her real home. Only a vindictive neighbor telling lies. Arizona has a pretty bad reputation and this case is not an improvement.

Criminal charges should brought against several people in this case: the social workers involved, the girl's guardian ad litem and the judge who ordered the girl's mother's parental rights to be terminated.
