Did you know the U.S. federal government matches child support extorted from 'non-custodial parents'? It's called Title IV-D & E of the Social Security Act. Financial grants are awarded to the states proportional to how much money is extorted from so-called 'non-custodial parents'. All child support records are maintained by the states' "support disbursement units" pursuant to 42 USC 666. This helps to ensure the states receive maximum welfare dollars for their communist programs all at the expense of innocent children and their so-called 'non-custodial parents'. What could be more shameful and pathetic?

This federal matching funds program provides a direct financial incentive for so-called 'judges' to keep parents away from their children and thus order more 'child support' to be paid 'due to less time being spent with the children". These judges (merely revenue generators for their respective counties and states) have a direct pecuniary interest in every case involving so-called 'child support' and are therefore committing crimes by issuing 'orders' regarding 'child support' matters in divorce cases. This is a clear instance of Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organization (RICO) and should be prosecuted as the serious federal offense that it is.
