Scrap Wood, Pallet Wood Chicken Coop Build - Part 1 - Framing

We’ve decided we want chickens on the homestead again! We’ve have several flocks over the years from layers to meat birds, so aren’t new to the game. What makes this build unique is that we’re building a chicken coop on a hill and on a steep slope of the land that is otherwise not used but still very convenient to the home.

We’re using as much recycled or reclaimed wood on this project as we can, thus the title of it being made from scrap wood and pallet wood.

This video was shot with an iPhone 8 Plus and GoPro Session. All editing and post production was done on an iPhone 8 Plus using iMovie.
