Pub food is a great way to get some unique dishes. Pub chefs are not to be overlooked! I think I've had some pub meals that were prepared with local fresh ingredients, and the quality was clear. I'd go to a pub that serves up the local fish over a fancy, expensive place any day. Bring on the chicken at a pub!
