How to make Saudi Kabsa with chicken!!
the ingredients butter quarter cup
chicken 700 gr slice
Onions minced 1
garlic Mashed 6 cloves
tomato juice quarter cup
Tomatoes koban mince
Carrots 3 . grated
clove Half a teaspoon
coriander chopped teaspoon
salt as desired
black pepper as desired
Hot water 4 cups
chicken broth cube
Basma Two and a quarter cups
raisins as desired
almonds as desired
Kabsa spices:
Turmeric
Half a teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Half a teaspoon
mixed spices
Half a teaspoon
ground black pepper
Half a teaspoon
white pepper
Half a teaspoon
How to prepare
1-Melt the butter in a saucepan over the heat, add the onions and garlic and stir until the ingredients wilt.
2-Add the chicken pieces and tomato juice, stir until the ingredients are combined, then bring to a boil.
3-Then add the tomatoes, carrots, cloves, coriander, black pepper, salt and chicken broth.
4-Pour hot water and leave the mixture on low heat for 30 minutes until it boils.
5-To prepare the kabsa spices, mix the turmeric, cinnamon, white pepper, mixed spices and black pepper.
6-Add the kabsa spice mixture to the chicken mixture, stirring quickly until the ingredients are combined.
7-Add the rice, almonds and raisins, stir the ingredients until they are homogeneous, then cover the pot and leave the mixture for about 40 minutes until it is cooked.
8-Remove the pot from the heat, turn it over on a deep plate, and then serve the kabsa directly on your table.
