Chicken Malai Boti Recipe
I am here with another recipe that is Chicken Malai Boti Recipe . Yes, you can make this without grilling and oven. All you need is a cooking pot in which this dish will be ready. Yes, that’s it. This recipe is very delicious and yummy.
- 500 g Chicken (Small Pieces)
- 4 Green Chili
- 1 Ginger (cut in small pieces)
- 5 Garlic clove (cut in small pieces)
- 1 cup Coriander Leaves
- ⅓ tsp Black Pepper
- ⅓ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 3 tbsp Malai or Cream
- ½ cup Yogurt
- Ghee or oil (for Marination)
Leave chicken for one hour with lemon or salt before you going to marinate it.
Grind ginger, garlic, green chili and coriander leaves to make a paste. Add soya sauce, malai, corn flour and yogurt. Mix them all well. Now add chicken and mix again with spatula so chicken may cover with this mixture.
After one hour, add half tablespoon ghee or oil. If you like butter, you may add butter instead of oil and ghee. Set aside for almost 10 to 15 minutes.
Now take stick and inset chicken piece one by one. Try to add 5 to 6 piece in a stick.
Take a non-stick or any pan you want. Add oil, let it heat up and put as sticks on it as it can have. Cook on high flame for about 3 to 4 minutes and then change the side. Now select the flame from high to medium. Cover it for about 5 minute but make sure to check it within time.
Check if chicken malai boti is tender. If it is so, take it out otherwise cover and cook more for more 5 minutes.
uncover and take chicken malai boti out from pan. Dish it out and enjoy with raita, salad and cold drink.
