Chicken Hot And Sour Soup Recipe
I am here with new recipe. As you know in winter people prefer to prepare meal to enjoy this season and save themselves from cold as well. Soup is one of the most favorite recipe in winter like by all groups of ages. This is not just healthy but effective as well for kids, elder and older. So, I am going to share Chicken Hot and Sour Soup recipe with you. This soup is really delicious and the one having flu and cold should take this. This is very easy to make.
- 1 kg Chicken
- 2 Carrot
- 1 cup Spring Onion
- Chili Sauce (As per require)
- Soya Sauce (As per require)
- Vinegar (As per require)
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- ½ tbsp Salt
- Corn Flour (As per need to make soup thick)
- 1 tbsp Chicken Powder
- 3 Eggs
Boil 1Kg chicken by adding half teaspoon salt, one tablespoon ginger and garlic paste. Let chicken boil for more or less one hour. Once chicken is well cooked, let it cool and then shredder it. Set aside chicken stock for later use.
On flame, put cooking pot on stove and add chicken stock. Let it boil. Add chicken when its boil. Cover the pot and let chicken boil further.
Now add carrot and spring onion. Stir it. (You can add mushrooms, capsicum and cabbage as well). Make sure not to cook for too long. Stir well.
Now add chili sauce, soya sauce, black pepper, salt and chicken powder. You can add Chinese salt if chicken powder is not available. Now add white vinegar and cover the cooking pot for about 10 to 15 minutes so carrot may tender.
Add corn flour slowly, stir gradually while adding. Corn flour quantity is up to you that how much thick soup you want. Cook for 5 minutes, make sure soup is thick and this is the time to add beat eggs. Add egg bit by bit and stir while adding it. Cover and cook it for about two minutes. And here you’re done.
