Magical chia seeds + recipe of delicious chia pudding
Chia is a superfood rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, antioxidants and fibers. Besides, it is gluten-free and low in calory. So we may consider it as one of Number 1 foods that help to lose weight.

How to prepare chia pudding - portions are for 1 person:
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 200 ml milk (I prefer plant based ones, but it is up to choice)
- sweetener (Mine is agave or maple syrup, but sugar can also be used)
- lots of fruit, nuts and etc.
Put chia seeds, milk and sweetener in a pan, stir until it boils then put aside to cool down. Keep in fridge for a night. Afterwards, put in serving glass or any jar with fruits, peanut butter, nuts in layers. And Bon appetite :)
