MY 1972 CHEVY
I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO BUY OR OWN AN OLD CAR OR TRUCK. LAIDBACKUSA OWNER HONDO MILLER GAVE ME THAT OPPORTUNITY. FLEW UP TO IDAHO AND PURCHASED THIS BEAST OF A TRUCK WITH AN ORIGINAL 350 ENGINE IN TOW.
MY PLAN WAS TO DRIVE THIS TRUCK BACK TO LA WITH MY WIFE AND 2YR OLD, WHY NOT EH! YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE I THOUGHT.
THE TRIP WAS AMAZING AND WE MADE IT WITH OUT ANY PROBLEMS. MY TOP SPEEDS WERE 55MPH BUT THAT DIDNT MATTER, WE HAD A BALL. THE TRUCK HAD A BRIEF STINT BEFORE THE TRANSMISSION AND ENGINE JUST COULDN'T HANDLE THE ALTITUDE-SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS FORCED TO SALE IT TO A COLLECTOR. MY BRIEF STINT WITH THE VEHICLE MADE ME HUNGRY FOR ANOTHER OLDIE LATER DOWN THE ROAD. MY REASON'S FOR GETTING RID OF IT WAS MOVING OVERSEAS. I ATTACHED A FEW PICS BUT MY LAST ONE IS MY BITTERSWEAT ONE-SUNSET MIXED WITH MY SHADOW-FOR ME DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS.

I think you were still typing while your photo uploaded, it happened to me a few times and screwed my formatting all up.
Looking forward to pics of the '72, my Uncle has one sitting out at the ranch in a barn.
