White Advance Pawn and Checkmate Black with Knight – Game#18
White opened with P-QB4 and N-QB3. Black opened with P-K3 and P-Q4.
White and black both had very good position in the opening game. Black gained slightly better position in the early mid game. Then black allowed white to advance a pawn on the King rank and White gained very good position with options for attacks.
White Pawn attacked a black Knight and the Knight retreated allowing the white Pawn to continue it advance. Black only good option was to capture the white pawn with his rook. Black instead moved Q-KB3 and white easily checkmated black with a Pawn and a Knight.
