Chess Tactic/Puzzle + Contest
Here is a position form one of my recent online games, where I'm white. It is white to move & you have to find the most crushing move in the situation, which ensures WIN for white.
NOTE: 50% Rewards from this post will be shared with the participants. 25% will be given to the winner(who tells the right answer first). Rest will be equally distributed among the rest of the participants.

Then black has two choices either to take pawn with king or to take rook with his rook
But in both cases white will be in winning situation either he will be a queen up or a rook up
e7 kd7 , rf8 re7 , still not direct winning.
