You could tell that Black is confortable here due to his extra pawn, the one on e4, which is passed. But White could trade it for his own pawn on a5 after Qc4+ and Qxe4. However, there is a hidden resource that turns the tables inmediately and after that Black isn't safe anymore. In fact, he'll be checkmated in a few moves!
