Computer-Generated Chess Problem 03306

in #chess3 years ago

What we have here is a 'KQBP vs k' mate in 3 chess problem generated by the program, Chesthetica, using the fairly new computational creativity approach called the 'DSNS'. Chesthetica is able to generate three-movers, four-moves, five-movers and study-like constructs and also compose problems using specific pieces types fed into it (e.g., composing something original using only a rook vs. five pawns). Read more about it on ChessBase.
