In fact, let me tell you a little about the paper I am currently working on. It will be some months before it is finished and posted here, but it should be another barn burner. The title is "Chemtrails Exposed: The Deep State and the New Manhattan Project." Yep, it's the CIA. The key to it all is something called Operation Gladio. I’m looking at: the Central Intelligence Agency, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Carnegie Institution, the National Security Council, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the United Nations, the Vatican, the Nazis, the Bush family, the Rockefeller family, and others.
