Chelsea FC's Transfer Debacles

With the ongoing January transfer window, Manchester United are close to signing Alexis Sanchez, with the likes of Pogba, Mata, Lukaku, Martial, De Gea already in their squad. Arsenal look to complete the signing of Dortmund superstar Aubameyang, whereas Chelsea are looking towards the likes of injury prone Andy Carroll, clumsy veteran Peter Crouch as a backup of their striker, Morata. Where is the once ruthless Chelsea who used to be the headlines of each Transfer Market. Clearly with the stacked up, close fixtures, the low depth squad; which undoubtedly has stars- Hazard, Willian, Morata, Pedro, Fabregas; is getting leggy and tired. There is NO squad rotation what so ever!! And how will there be one when you dont have the squad depth. Morata is getting frustrated with his lack of goals leading to poor behavior, but Andy Carroll and Peter Crouch are NOT the solutions! Antonio Conte, the amazing manager who took a poorly performing team to win the league in his very first season is getting the stick, only because he is not in charge of the transfers??

Come on Chelsea, We NEED a few good or atleast decent signings. At this rate, we will get badly battered by the in-form FC Barcelona, in the Champions League. With the Premier League already out of reach, there are few trophies worth notice to chase. With performances like the ones against Norwich City, we wont cut it. As much of a die hard Chelsea fan I am, I do agree with many others, given our quality, with the performance we put up, Norwich deserved to win.
