This comment is meant to be understood by the author that users should not try to copy and avoid copying. It informs readers of the article that the user has been copied or stolen.

There is no mistake with the comment, it only tells the reader that it is not the unique content of Steemit. Voters can choose how to use this information.

What is the blacklist?

It is not a repetitive, spam, scam or identity theft criminals site. Cheetah includes users who have been identified as a thief and use plagiarism articles.Chitah will have a comment to warn the readers that the person has been convicted for continuous involvement in one or more classes by an independent member of our community. The cheetah itself can flag you, especially if you are a spammer, so the content is less visible.

Is it possible to get off blacklist?

Yes - when someone makes an appeal (such as a post they understand) and have a clear intention to stop plagiarizing or spamming. They need to join steemit.chat, and steemitabuse-appeal channels make their case. Identity the thief will never leave the extermination

If I see a post from Cheetah that a user is blacklisted?

I will not say here how to upvote. But keep in mind that these users are only the worst of criminals; So use your judgment to see their post history, or use your user trust that puts them in black list. I encourage you to be careful, at very low times
