Can I use ChatGPT in Italy?

It is quite fun to ask ChatGPT that question. Why is that? ChatGPT is currently blocked in Italy, meaning that you will see an error message or warning if you try to access the service in Italy. What does ChatGPT say about the matter?

I asked ChatGPT whether or not I can use the service in Italy. This was the answer:

Of course, we know that this isn't true, because if you try to access the service, you will see a statement in which ChatGPT says that Italians cannot use the service due to governmental regulations.

What do you think about that? Will more and more countries block ChatGPT, or is this a standalone case, and something that the Italian government will have to change soon?

I also asked ChatGPT whether or not the service is blocked in Italy. I was given the following answer to my question:

The thing is, ChatGPT doesn't access or use information from articles after 2021, and thus, you will often find wrong or not complete answers or questions that deal with cases of the present (or 2022).
