RE: Dr Mouth Circuit, Or How I Quit Worrying and Learned to Love Talking With Robots
The future of chatting, personality built by and for brands. Each "Mcbot'em" will integrate a persona to establish space and spread its identity like currency. Let the branding begin!
So I am thinking that chatbots should operate in a way that encourages a user to visit the chatbot even if the user has already interacted with all the content. Say for instance that a user interacts with a chatbot x number of times. Once that user hits a certain number of interactions, new content is released to the user. Say a musician has a chatbot for a new album... the more a user interacts with the bot, the more content layers are revealed to the user. The longer a user can be kept in a chatbot convo interaction, the greater the chances are that the user will purchase the media/album/etc.
