I've heard a bit about them over the years. Never actually used them myself but I think some have been proved to improve cognition. A lot of students have been using them for exams etc.
Cool post I'm going to investigate nootropics a bit...

    I have never used them before. I will try to checkout some and their effects. I have done coffee but the effects are not strong enough on me.
