Before I get started writting my "little blog" post, I just wanted to say everything is going very well in the "Stackin" Household. 🤣🤑
I'm not sure if I should apologize or explain myself about the current situation of my "so called" inactivity in the Steemit Community. 😳
As many of you were aware, several weeks ago... Steemit went through a terrible DDos attack that affected the speed of the platform. 🆘
My man @ned stated this yesterday "Update: Steemit is working actively on performance, always. Any root issues are being diagnosed and solved for. There is no DDoS currently". 🙌🏼
So in other words, the Steemit team is currently working hard to resolve the speed of the network and I believe them 100% in getting it done. 👨🏼💻👩🏽💻
Issues like this tend to happen to lots of website from time to time and DDos attacks are horrible... Let's blame all the "Haters" disliking our awesome platform. 🤣
So what is causing my inactivity? Guess what guys, it's not! I'm still very active on Steemit. The problem I'm having, like many of you... is the slowness of the website
Currently it's taking me like 1-2 minutes to actually upvote and 2-3 minutes to comments on people's profiles, sometimes it just disappears. 😅
A few times last week, I was in a rush to post a blog and forgot to save it, guess what happened next... several of my 1 hour written blogs were lost. 😣
You know me, I didn't get mad at all... it just made me a better writer because I had to do them all over again (most people would of got frustrated, mad and simply quit). 😋
So with that being said guys, I'm still here doing my best to be more active but its taking me 3X more time than usual because of the small network issues.
No worries, Steemit is hard at work right now fixing this little hiccup that we are all currently experiencing. This will just make Steemit stronger in the future.
With that being said, let's stop all the complaining and just move forward... in due time, we will start being better Steemians down the road. 🏎

Thanks for this message man... totally agree. eSteem is a good solution for mobile (sometimes slow too) and busy.org is a perfect solution for desktop (comments and upvotes usually go through instantly!!)
As you mentioned, once we get through this hiccup, huge things are coming, including another hard fork and other possible releases hinted at in the roadmap for 2017. Let's goooo

Same issues for me. I now copy all my work and paste in a txt document before hitting that button.
I must admit I am presently extremely frustrated with steem.

Yeah that makes sense, good advice on copying your work, I was frustrated as well this past week but didn’t realize the are still working on the issues

Same shit happen to me with my post but I just wrote a better version , practice makes perfect ;)
I write a nice hour blog and it was deleted... ok I admit, I was mad for a second there lol
