✴️ Loosing Weight Is Pretty Tuff! Getting Some Gainz I Think 🤣
What's up STACKERS!
Here are some of my results for the past week on my fitness journey to lose some weight. (don't mind the disgusted look on my face). 🤣
I've been drinking tons of water and doing 30 minutes "walking" cardio on the elliptical machine for about 7 days. (Too old to run these days, my joints hurt haha).
Yup, still no 6 pack at all. 🤷🏼♂️
I may be pushing it a lot recently but I always believed if that if you want massive results, one must take massive action. Let's see what happens if I push a little harder on my workouts this week.
For those who are trying to do the same and lose some weight in my 60 day transformation thing, let's keep pushing it a little harder!

losing weight and gaining muscles will be awesome bro. I love to have that 6-packs in me but unfortunately, that so-called 6-packs dont like me and dont want to be with me, LOL

Steady as she goes. I love your daily progress. It helps keep my accountable as far as my workouts go. They said abs are made in the kitchen though. Just because you are drinking water and not exercising, you need to cut our carbs and sugar! I have done a big post recently about how bad sugar is. Check it out!

walking is pretty useless, you need a good diet and obviously go in gym.

Heey never though that you are a fitness kind of person, I train every day 4h but instead of losing weight I need to gain hahaha I can eat everything and still I'm skinny. The worst is to start now you only gonna have is satisfaction and lots of crazy girls for that body. Keep it up !

There is no amount of walking that will out work a bad diet. Are you eating your veggies and cutting back on protein?

I went from 270 down to 155. Absolutely shredded - ride a bike - fuck the elliptical machine - put it on a hard gear and go - every stroke is like a crunch / single leg press. Next it's about pull/ chinups - incorporate a crunch / leg raises into each chinups. Pull your knees to you chest as you raid your self up. I 60min ride or 2x 30 a day on the bike. 3 sets of 10 2x daily for 10 days of the chin-crunches and you'll be washing clothes on your stomach.
This was me after the massive cut but just before bulking. Give it a try man. Best of luck. Keep making gains.

I love drinking water. Like you've mentioned, there is no easy path to weight loss . Detoxification would help a great deal as your first plan of action. The excercise/work out you do would help detoxify your body, so continue. Moreover, find a good diet plan that works well for you.
