i used the mastercleanse to get off coffee. now I drink 1 cup of tea a day and I get all the buzz I need without the headache, sleep deprivation, and anxiety.
I also drink tea at night... hmm I drink tons of coffee but never experienced those kinda side affect lol
oh well - you are young yet... when I hit 45 is when I got all this
