There are tons of them in San Diego. Tim Ferris is also a huge advocate. I'd recommend going at least 3 times. The first 1-2 times your body and brain is still figuring out that it is safe and allowed to "let go" inside of the tank.

Salt water in the ears is a pain in the butt though.... still worth it.
